Help upgrading A1ternativa

Hello everyone
I own a receiver u2c A1ternativa with s/w version 1.1.36 last update 2016, should I download all the previous updates that I find in this forum or I just can download the latest? Please explaine me what it’s the process for upgrading. Thank you in advanced.
