Hi, i have bought this unit, but when i try to switch resolution, i have stuck on black screen and unsupported video format on my TV. Is there any chance to hard reset the device? I didn't find hard reset button on it?

What TV , 1080p, 4K .??
If it's TV 1080 this won't support the resolution 4K
You need to connect to a 4K TV e.g. at a friend's place.
